There are so many different recipes for the marinade that I have seen.  I like to use asian pears in my recipe.  Your marinade recipe is unique with the use of the vermouth, pineapple juice,wine or grand marnier option as well as the gynko nuts, chestnuts or korean sweet potatoes.  I am not familiar with gynko nuts or korean sweet potatoes.
