No, but I read a review recapping Bourdain's visit and the type of foods they ate, and the whole episode strikes me as a poor representation of Korean cuisine. I mean, yes, Koreans do eat chicken anus (ddak-tong-gip- literal translation word for word is chicken poo house), but there's more to Korean cuisine than soondae, blood sausage (stuff I won't touch after I mistook it for a chocolate dessert when I was little) and nakji hwe, live baby octopus (Fatman in Seoul used to have this crazy video of him eating nakji hwe, and I almost threw up watching the little tentacles continue to wiggle, writhe, cling, and crawl up like earthworms on his chopsticks even after being cut up). I admit though, I still am a bit curious about the episode though (maybe it's that sensationalist side of me), so if it's not too much trouble, please pass it along.

"Bursting with Aristocratic Bossam" sounds a bit d...

"Bursting with Aristocratic Bossam" sounds a bit dangerous, but I'm glad you finally went ahead and made some kimchi.
